Features
Presentations
You can upload multiple documents in PDF or Microsoft Office Documents and switch between them during the conference. All the participants can see the current slides as the presenter moves through the presentation.
Documents Sharing
Presenters can share their desktops with other participants. This allows you to demonstrate activities in any application you have on your local machine, including the browser. You have the option to share a portion of your desktop or the entire screen.
Whiteboard and text tools
The built-in whiteboard tools allow you to zoom, highlight, draw, and write on your presentation to make your point clear.
Users
The list of participants, on the top left panel display their respective role ( viewer, presenter, or moderator). You can mute orunmutee participants in the conference. You can also eject the participants from the conference. It also has the “raise hand” feature to get the attention of a presenter or moderator.
Record and Playback
Record your conference at any point in time for future reference. Playback or share the recordings with your participants anytime.
Chat
The chat panel allows all the participants to conduct public or private chats. The private chat is implemented in a separate tab to avoid any accidental backchannel incidents. The size of the font can also be altered on a user basis.
