A property management system (PMS) is a software application used by hospitality accommodations and commercial residential rental properties. PMS is also used in manufacturing industries and local government. This allows hotel staff greater flexibility and operating efficiency by taking advantage of all communications and management features from within the Property Management Software.
Depending on the PBX and/or the PMS system, Pms Link can be integrated to enable the following features.
- Integrated web based operator panel.
- Front desk check-in/check-out.
- Guest name applied to room upon check-in Activation of phones for calls at guest check-in
- Deactivation of phones for calls at guest check-out
- Send call data records to the PMS and add charges to the guest bill. Room status / mini bar reports by dialing.
- Set Wake Up Call
