IP based Train Control Communication System surpasses the existing legacy system of Analog devices and allows the controller’s office to work with touch screen console. Way stations can communicate on conference using advanced phone terminals over a modern IP infrastructure with recording capabilities as per RDSO guidelines. The VoIP based TCCS seamlessly integrates with any modern communication system as well as legacy analog systems. It is a future ready solution which can easily be used with any other IP based voice / data/ video applications.

Customized touch screen based PC inegrated as single unit, microphone and speaker.
Instant messaging and email facility with ASM and TPC and other S/C.
Unified Graphical User Interface (GUI) for section controller, emergency controller and other controllers.

Single equipment for all controls for both incoming and out going calls.
Distinct incoming call ring for incoming from section controller to alert the ASM even when he is busy, or not looking at the telephone screen.

ASM shall get incoming call alert from the section controller even if he is talking to
some other subscriber or when the phone handset is not re-placed properly on the cradle.
Features like caller ID, call log, missed calls etc. are provided.
Shortcut dialing buttons for dialing various controllers including section controller are provided.

Easy replacement of IP Phones during failure with auto provisioning.
Video call facility is optimal with video phones.
