VICIdial Agent Monitoring Application
Upgrade your VICIdial to monitor Live Agents with 2 Simple steps:
1) Download the Files
*astMONITOR INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
a) Upload the astMonitor zip file in the root folder eg : /var/www/html/
b) Unzip the astMonitor file using the command:
unzip astMonitor.zip
c) Change file permissions :
chmod -R 775 astMonitor/
d) Move to folder astMonitor :
cd astMonitor
e) Execute php script setup.php and enter the credentials when prompted :
php setup.php
f) Change the permissions for the scripts mentioned.
2) Download astMonitor App from Google Play Store using below link:
