Terms of Warranty

  • Renewal/extension of the hardware warranty is available at an additional cost.
  • The product must be used solely for its intended telecommunication purpose.
  • After the replacement or repair of defective products, the warranty for the new or replaced product shall remain valid for the unexpired period of the original warranty.
  • The company reserves the right to charge the purchaser for any warranty service requested and carried out if no fault is found in the product.
  • The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or malfunctions resulting from accidents during transit or handling, product misuse, improper use, abuse, neglect, or electrical power issues.
  • The warranty does not apply to malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquakes, floods, lightning, war, strikes, or any other force majeure events.
  • Any servicing, modifications, changes, or conversions not authorized by “astTECS”—including those carried out by the purchaser—will void the warranty.
  • The warranty is void if any changes or modifications are made to the application software by any third party, including the purchaser.
  • Any defective products or parts that are replaced shall become the property of “astTECS”.
  • All warranty conditions apply ex-warehouse.

Network Configuration

To change the IP address from the default to a static IP, go to “Network.” A window will appear with the option to set a static IP. Enter the details, save the configuration, and the device will automatically resume services.
